Team access
Invite teammates to a project with a role. Everyone works on the same live document — block edits, style changes and page swaps sync in real time, with preserved zones so two people never overwrite each other’s text.

Share links & comments
Need a proofreader or a client sign-off? Share a read-only review link — no account needed. Reviewers browse the composed pages and leave comments anchored to blocks; you resolve them in the editor.
- 1Open the project share settings and create a review link
- 2Send it — the reviewer sees the composed result, nothing else
- 3Comments arrive anchored to their blocks
- 4Resolve or reply from the editor
Reusable teams
Instead of inviting people one by one on every project, build a team once — Teams in the dashboard sidebar — with admins, editors and viewers. Attach the team to any project to bulk-invite its members; Sync pulls in whoever joined since. Team admins become project editors automatically.

Shared projects & invitations
The Shared page in the sidebar gathers every project you can reach: your own — with how many people you share them — and those shared with you, with the owner and your role on each. Search, sort and switch between grid and list.
Incoming invitations land in the envelope next to the sidebar with a badge; accept and you are taken straight into the project.

Team plans & seats
On a team plan, your subscription includes seats for your collaborators. Invite members under the team umbrella and free the seat when someone leaves — everyone keeps their own account, and the team shares one subscription.

Activity & notifications
The Activity button on a project page opens a drawer with the full history: members joining and leaving, role changes, comments created and resolved, chapters created and reordered, pipeline dispatches and completions, assignments and stage changes.
Consecutive pipeline events for the same chapter collapse into grouped cards with OCR / Translation / Inpaint status badges and the credits they consumed — one glance tells you what a chapter cost.

The bell in the dashboard sidebar lists what needs you: pipeline failures with the page or chapter, new glossary terms detected, client feedback on share links, stage changes, assignments, chapters ready for review and blocks flagged by glossary violations. Notifications arrive live without a refresh; clicking one navigates straight to the relevant page.
- 1Watch the sidebar bell for the unread count
- 2Open a notification — it jumps to the page or chapter concerned
- 3Mark individual items read, or clear everything with Mark all read

Translation-finished notifications tell assignees when a chapter is ready for review — assign stages to route that alert to the right person.
