Re-clean a cleaned page

Cleaning is not a one-way door. On any already-cleaned page, switch to Clean mode and the HUD shows a Re-clean button: the page is re-cleaned from the original image, and every zone you kept is reapplied — a short crossfade shows the new artwork appear in place.

Use it whenever the inpaint missed a spot, when the detection improved, or after adjusting your preserved zones.

To re-clean a page:

  1. 1Open the page and switch to Clean mode
  2. 2Adjust the Keep zones — green areas are protected from cleaning
  3. 3Click Re-clean and watch the cleaned artwork refresh

Re-clean never consumes credits — iterate as often as you like. On phones, the same Re-clean sits in the cleanup chip above the tool strip.

Find & replace

Chasing a recurring name through a whole chapter? Find & Replace searches the text of this page or of every page in the chapter, in three modes: plain text, whole words, or full regex — with match-case and ignore-accents options.

Matches are highlighted on the canvas as you jump between them. Replace the current match, or Replace all in one confirmed pass.

To find and replace:

  1. 1Open Find & Replace from the top bar (Mod+F)
  2. 2Type the text to find, then pick the scope and matching options
  3. 3Step through the matches — replace one, or Replace all

Version history

The editor keeps the last 20 snapshots of each page. Open Review → History to browse them: restore a version in one click, create a snapshot on demand before a risky restyle, or delete the ones you no longer need.

Restoring a version replaces the current page state — the snapshot you came from stays in the list, so experimenting is safe.

Re-run OCR on stubborn blocks

A block whose source text looks wrong? Open its ⋯ menu and pick Re-run OCR on this block, or select several blocks and use the selection action bar. The fresh OCR result replaces the text, ready for retranslation.

Combined with translation memory and the consistency audit (see the Translation memory guide), these tools are what keep long chapters coherent.
