Typography & effects
Fonts, strokes, vertical typesetting, gradients and reformulations — make it look typeset.

Fonts & vertical text
Pick a font per block, per language. Comic staples (Wild Words, Anime Ace, Komika…), CJK fonts for vertical Japanese with a proper fallback chain, and handwriting styles. Vertical typesetting is first-class — columns, reading direction and line breaks are handled for you.

Strokes, colors & effects
Every block supports fill color, stroke width and color, gradients and special effects — the same renderer as the final export, so what you see is what ships. Heavy effects are baked into cached bitmaps to keep the canvas smooth even at high zoom.

Batch style & reformulations
Apply one style to every block of a page or chapter with batch styling. And when a translation is close but not right, generate reformulation variants — glossary-constrained alternatives you can cycle through without leaving the block.

Vertical text needs a CJK-capable font — Latin-only fonts fall back to horizontal for Japanese.
Bring your own fonts
Licensed a font for your series? Upload it from Settings → Fonts: drag the file into the drop zone and, after a quick security scan and a short review, it appears in every font menu next to the built-in library. Vertical and CJK fonts welcome.
Upload limits scale with your plan — check Settings → Fonts for the current size and count quotas.
