This page takes you from an empty account to your first translated page in about fifteen minutes. No setup, no API key required — the built-in pipeline and your plan credits are enough.
1. Create your project
A project holds one series — a manga volume, a webtoon season, a comic run. It carries the source language, every target language, the glossary and the team. Everything else lives inside it.
Prefer to look around first? On the Projects page, use Create sample project to load a ready-made chapter and run it through the whole pipeline without uploading anything.
From the dashboard:
- 1Open Projects → New project
- 2Name it (e.g. “My series — volume 1”) and pick the source language
- 3Add one or more target languages — more can be added later
- 4Optionally attach a template to pre-configure fonts and effects

2. Upload pages
Inside the project, create a chapter and drop your page images into the Import Studio (jpg, png or webp, up to 50 MB per page). You can reorder pages, group double-spreads and preview everything before committing.
Long webtoon strips work exactly like pages — no slicing needed on your side.

3. Let the pipeline run
Once pages are uploaded, dispatch the chapter: OCR reads every bubble, translation converts each block into every target language, and inpainting cleans the artwork behind the original text. Each stage is a background job — close the tab, everything keeps running.
The chapter view shows live per-page progress. A failed stage can be retried on its own without redoing the chapter.

The pipeline draws roughly 1 credit per page per stage. Translation with your own API key (BYOK) is free.
4. Polish in the editor
Open any translated page in the visual editor: text blocks sit on the cleaned artwork, ready to retype, restyle or move. The script panel lets you work text-first instead, and a built-in product tour walks you through the tools on first launch.

5. Export or render
From the chapter, export translations as JSON or a ZIP bundle — or queue server-rendered final images, typeset exactly like in the editor. Renders are free.
- 1Open the chapter → Render
- 2Pick languages, format (png/webp) and pixel ratio
- 3Download from the render list when the status turns completed
Where to go next
Importing a chapter goes deeper into the Import Studio, the pipeline guide explains every stage and its credits, and the editor guide is the complete reference for the tools. All of them live in the sidebar on the left.
